  • Q. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
    We are based in ayr, covering all of ayrshire.
  • Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    Graze box and board orders can be placed directly online, full payment is required at the time of booking. All graze tables are on a request basis and are subject to availability. All graze boxes and board orders must be placed 48 hours in advance and tables 7 days in advance.
  • Q. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
    Honey & blue is closed on mondays and tuesdays, however on occasion can fulfil orders, so please get in touch. Delivery & collections hours are from 10:00am to 8:30pm. Delivery or collection outside of these hours will be subject to additional surcharges.
  • Q. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified at least 2 weeks or more in advance of your event. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited.
  • Q. HOW DO I BOOK?
    Contact us either through the website, by email or through one of our social media accounts and we will get back to you within 24hrs. Please note that we do not hold dates without a deposit.
  • Q. DO YOU HAVE A STANDARD MENU?
    Yes, however every grazing box, board and table can vary and is bespoke so can be adapted to suit your request (may incur extra charges).
  • Q. DO YOU CATER FOR VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN/ GLUTEN-FREE?
    Most definitely! We love trying new things and are full of ideas which we can’t wait to be given the opportunity to try! Our meat and vegetarian/ vegan sections can also be kept separate on your grazing table.
  • Q. HOW DO YOU KEEP THE FOOD FRESH?
    We transport all food in specially designed cooling boxes during travel to the location and grazing tables must be situated in a location away from direct sunlight. Cold food must be disposed of after a maximum of four hours.
  • Q. DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?
    No, a suitable table must be provided at the location/ venue.
  • Q. DO YOU HIRE OUT THE PROPS?
    Yes, however at an extra cost as they will need to be collected. We can create a gorgeous table without any props so if you don’t have any then don’t worry!
  • Q. HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP THE TABLE?
    This depends on the size of table booked, but we will let you know at the time of booking. Our layflat tables only take 30 minutes to set up, as all is prepared prior in our kitchens. For all other tables, with props, risers, foliage etc, please allow 2 hours for set up.
  • Q. DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS?
    We do not supply these as standard. Bamboo cutlery, bamboo plates and biodegradable paper napkins can be provided at an extra cost.
  • Q. DO YOU NEED PARKING ON SITE?
    We require parking that is within very close proximity to the location/ venue to unload the food coolers and props (if booked).
  • Q. WHAT ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR GRAZING BOXES, BOARDS AND TABLES?
    We source high quality produce to fill our boxes and tables. All boxes, boards and tables include: premium cheese, bread, fresh fruit, vegetables, dips, nuts, dried fruits, meats, chutneys, honey and more. Want something extra or more of something let us know and we will customize your order.
  • Q. DO YOU ACCOMMODATE TO ALLERGIES?
    Yes, please let us know at time of order for any dietary requirements.
  • Q. HOW DO I PAY?
    We accept payments online, all major credit card are accepted. We require full payment on all orders.
  • Q. CAN I STORE MY GRAZE BOX FOR LATER?
    We recommend enjoying and consuming the graze boxes within 24 hours if properly refrigerated when received. Once sitting out, it is advised to eat within 4 hours. It is important to ensure the box is not in direct sunlight and is in a shaded area or inside.
